I have the cut down Porsche ones on mine if you want I can send photos over or you can pop round and have a look. I also have a set of longer beetle IRS bars if you want the softer option as your motor is lighter than my Subaru unit.

OK I'll trim down the Porsche ones, they are only ally so easily done on the TCT saw.

Thanks Andy, I'll give you a bell and swing round sometime soon and take a look.
Wheels are the big issue at the moment as 15" Porsche rims are 'kin expensive and no one I can find does converters for people to run VW wheels on their Porsche.. can't think why!

Where did you get the 4 x 130 hubs ? Did you machine the type 3's? (off to check your build thread!)
[EDIT] Checked the build thread, can't see any of the pics any more, do you have an earlier Porsche set up that uses the 4 x 130 set up?

Porsche is 5x130, so you can redrill those hubs to 4x130. Or you can use Beetle brake parts. Or go custom - http://www.slugfarm.com/airsouls/how-tos/rear_discs.htm

Checked the link but still confused!

As far as I can see I can
Re drill the hub and the disc (rotor?) and fit the studs somehow
Machine Type 3 hubs down and swap, also buy new discs - a la Toms Fug 4
Re drill the wheels
Find some cheap Porsche wheels
Fit some sort of converter

I am going to use MX5 front calipers (as I have them) as the 944 discs have the handbrake inside.
